Delivery Information:
We ship all orders with Australia Post. All orders within Australia are shipped from Mildura, VIC.
Australia Post Domestic Shipping Timeframes.
Standard - 3-5 working days from dispatch
Express - 1-3 working days from dispatch
SHIPPING & Delivery PRICING:
All orders over $35 to be delivered within the Sunraysia region qualify for FREE same day local delivery, except on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. Must be ordered before 12pm that day to qualify for same day delivery.
All orders that are over $49 qualify for FREE Australia Wide Standard Shipping.
All orders below $49 will incur a $8.95 fee for Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping on any order is $25, no exceptions.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you make from Dynasty of Tea - for any reason - please contact us via email at dynastyoftea@gmail.com
If goods are damaged or the tea is stale, contains foreign material, discoloured or not to your satisfaction in any way, contact us immediately and we will organise the item/s to returned (at your own cost) and have you refunded upon the item’s/s’ safe return. We will require photographic evidence of your issue with our product/s to approve a return.
Return address is 107 Twenty Second St, Red Cliffs, VIC, 3496. Return is at customers own cost.
PAYMENT:
No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order, and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
RISK AND TITLE:
Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Delivery Address.
PRODUCT PRICE:
Our prices are subject to change and variation – the price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when you order is confirmed.
The quoted price does not include the delivery and handling fee (if applicable) in respect of each order. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods, together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.
AMENDMENTS:
Dynasty of Tea reserves the right to add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Contract. We will notify you of any substantial changes to these terms & conditions.
Your use of our service after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes
