Story behind the tea
When we were creating blends for the Native Australia tea range, we couldn’t go past this liquorice-mint tea blend. Anise myrtle is naturally found in the subtropical rainforests of NSW and has an aniseed, liquorice flavour similar to fennel or liquorice root. River mint can be found growing along most riverbanks in Australia, especially in the Murray Darling.

Water temperature: 100 degrees
Amount: 1 tea bag per 250mL water
