Also known as rosella, this is a magical flower. It has a tart flavour with notes of raspberries and cranberries and turns your brew a gorgeous red colour. Make iced, hot or add to your white wine.

Amount: 2-3 flowers or 1 tea bag per 250mL water
Steeping time: 2-4 minutes
